Taking a hospital live

After Verabase operations has onboarded the hospital (CP-02), the hospital's own Facility Admin sets it up in facility-web. These journeys are that setup, in the order to do it. Each one was walked in a browser on the demo hospital, as the Facility Admin, and each ends by proving the setting works from the point of view of the person it affects.
