Control plane: operator journeys
platform-admin is the Verabase operations console. It is used only by the Verabase team: operations, support and implementers. Hospital staff never see it.
It answers three questions about every customer:
- Who are they? Tenant profile, organisations, facilities, contacts.
- What may they use? Licence plan, module grants, devices.
- Are they healthy? Runtime signal, database, devices, sync, integrations, backups, incidents, and the tamper-evident audit trail.
It deliberately cannot read clinical records. Support diagnoses a hospital from health signals and sanitised diagnostic bundles, never from patient data.
